1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TrueSpeak (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. License & access

TrueSpeak grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service according to the tier you purchased. Resell rights are only granted to the Agency tier, and only TrueSpeak may grant Agency licenses.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to collect, host, or display content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or obtained without proper consent from the speaker. You are responsible for the testimonials you publish.

5. Customer voice content

You are responsible for obtaining consent from every customer whose voice you record and publish. TrueSpeak stores content on your behalf and does not claim ownership.

6. Payments & refunds

Lifetime launch purchases are one-time payments. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 30 days of purchase.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including unauthorized resale, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or business outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueSpeak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
